Roger joined Blue Ivy Partners in 2022 to help us grow our defense business. He served over 24 years in the Army as an Infantry Officer with various assignments in conventional Infantry units, the 75th Ranger Regiment, Joint Special Operations Command, and OSD-Policy. After military service, Roger joined MicroStrategy, where he formed and led the Defense Business Unit. He is passionate about supplying innovative ideas and the very best solutions to Warfighters.

Roger is a graduate of The Citadel, the National War College, and the University of Virginia, Darden School of Business. A native of Euclid, Ohio, Roger now resides in Alexandria, Virginia, with his wife, Kristy, and their three children.
